I live for the falcon's song, and I'll fight when the falcon calls.
I'll live out my days in Calontir, and my voice will fill her halls.

Once I sailed a darkened sea, with no moon or star in sight,
The winds picked up and waves grew tall, in the deepest hour of night.
I thought of friends I'd left behind, my heart it hung so low,
And I was tempted to give up but a voice inside cried no.

I live for the falcon's song, and I'll fight when the falcon calls.
I'll live out my days in Calontir, and my voice will fill her halls.

I felt my hours were at an end; that I'd never see the dawn.
It felt like days since evening came, and all my hope was gone.
In darkness now, my eyes reached out, and light reached back to me.
I saw a bird of brilliant gold above that purple sea.

I live for the falcon's song, and I'll fight when the falcon calls.
I'll live out my days in Calontir, and my voice will fill her halls.

When I heard the falcon's call, I forgot about the storm.
A pride began to swell inside that I had never known.
I followed to a wondrous land, and there I made my home.
Now that I live in Calontir, I'll never feel alone.

I live for the falcon's song, and I'll fight when the falcon calls.
I'll live out my days in Calontir, and my voice will fill her halls.
