Welcome to the online version of the Calontir Award Recommendation Form. You have two options.

  1. Print out a blank form. Fill it out and deliver it to Their Majesties.
  2. Send a recommendation to Their Majesties directly by e-mail. Please fill out all fields, then press "Submit to the Crown".

If you manage to exceed the limit in the comments section, send a second rec. Placing "Page 2" or "Continued" in the comment field is recommended. Thank you for your time and effort for the betterment of Calontir. (v. 2.0 - Beta).
