Job Opening: Waiver Secretary
The Waiver Secretary is a deputy to the Kingdom Seneschal. It is the Secretary’s job to collect and store the waivers signed at all of our events and practices, to ensure they are available if needed by the Kingdom or Society. The waivers are currently stored in 10 Rubbermaid containers, and can stack in a pile approximately three feet square and five feet tall. Applications for this position should be sent to the Kingdom Seneschal.
Job Opening: Minister of Youth
Unto the populace of Calontir come greetings from Syr Marcus, Minister of Youth
It has been my great pleasure to serve this Kingdom as Minister of Youth. During my tenure, many changes have taken place in the nature of this office. As I seek a successor, I would like to list the duties of this office with a focus on those duties that have changed since this office last changed hands. The Minister of Youth must:
Co-ordinate background checks and warrants for Ministers of Youth Maintain the MoY warrant list for the Kingdom Ensure/Facilitate compliance for advertised youth activities Ensure youth activities at all Kingdom Events (if local doesn't, it's YOU) and maintain the traditions of Calontir as a fun place to play.
There are many willing to work in the ministry and for their service past and future, I thank them. If you are interested in the position of Kingdom MoY, please send a letter as soon as possible to Conde Fernando, Kingdom Seneschal. Crayon on construction paper is preferred.
